Mr William Chippendale was granted the 95-acre land in 1819, then sold it for 380 pounds in 1821. Wow! Fast forward 186 years, the Carlton United brewery closed its doors in 2006, then this prime inner-city realestate location launched into the bustling and vibrant place it is now. Abercrombie road splits this suburb down the middle and is the main thoroughfare for traffic from Cleveland Rd to the Harbour Bridge or into Broadway. Streets to fall in love with are Rose, Shepard, Buckland, Moorgate and Pine.

Chippendale sydney offers, units, terraces or warehouse conversions. When buying think, light, aspect, quality, and effective building management. Big thanks to the visionaries of yesteryear, the Chippendale Green pocket, O’Connor, Queen and Central Park Av has turned this area into an oasis. Coffee, food and shopping, no problem, walk, wine and dine.

Meat lovers don’t go past lps quality meats in Chippen Street. Hands down a great dining experience. Drop by Peace Park, its nice to pass through or drink your coffee.
