3. Agency Agreement
The commission you pay for the service is 2.2%* inc GST of the selling price. We consider ourselves a bespoke agency and believe our rates are very competitive in combination with receiving excellent value for money. *commission is also dependent on location, type of property and special selling requirements.
The matching protocol is where the Zimmermann Agency has found a genuine property match between a buyer and you. The buyer is a lead within the Zimmermann Agency database and the buyers’ criteria matches your property. This is done at the start however continues throughout the campaign.
