Going on a date in Paddington

Gentlemen, yes this will involve shopping, art galleries and enjoying fine cuisine. Pick a Saturday or Sunday, maybe a quieter weekday. Just make sure it is a warm sunny day. Book a local Airbnb, I am sure you’ll find something with character. Plan ahead, have the credit card on standby too. Oxford St, William St and Glenmore Rd are great for shopping for the ladies. Buy a dress, jewelry or flowers… In combination are nice galleries (grab a local art guide map) to discuss the finer points of life, such as kids and realestate.

Start at the west end and move east toward Centennial Park. Impress the wife with a nice walk down Paddington St, lovely treelined street. Book ahead and pick a restaurant in Five Ways to finish the afternoon. Choice of Thai, Vietnamese, Italian and Gourmet Pizza plus more. The Royal has a rooftop bar which is great to watch the sunset and to have a cocktail.

A nice tip, the Royal hospital for Women Park is a great little spot to chill and have coffee. Or try the Paddington Reservoir Gardens.
