Hidden Gem Hurstville Grove
Hurstville Grove is a beautiful hidden gem located along the shores of Renown Bay, Poulton Bay and the wet parklands of Moore Reserve. The Northern boundary is Hillcrest Ave, and conveniently West and East crescent are the other respective boundaries. A popular boat ramp is to the south which leads you into the Georges river for a nice day out on the water. The streets are peaceful, quiet and there is a nice range of homes to select from.
It feels secluded but you are not too far from Oatley, Mortdale, Penshurst and Hurstville train station. All your family needs can be found a short drive to Westfield Hurstville.
Some properties have elevation appeal as the Grove slopes down to the water. Only a few streets to choose from, however you can find distinct north/south block or east/west blocks to help with design, light flow and living areas. Few homes do back onto Poulton Park, and its new synthetic playing surface is great for athletes and the community. Take the family down to watch a local game.
Some statistics for Vendors and Buyers to think about, in 2016 census there are only 909 private dwellings. Our data shares that in 2020 18 sales, 2019 29 sales, 2018 15 sales and 2017 25 sales occurred. Interestingly before 2014 sales volume per year were distinctly higher.
This suburb is certainly a hidden gem, so when a home comes onto the market make your move swiftly.
